Your Immigration Status Checklist
Use this checklist to determine the types of supporting evidence you can file with your petition to prove this criteria. You do not need to file all of these items with your petition to prove this criteria; one of these should be sufficient, but the more evidence you can file, the stronger your case will be.

Your birth certificate and the birth certificates of your children, if any;

Your passport and the passports of your children, if any;

I-94 cards for you and your children, if any; or

All documentation previously submitted to or received from the immigration services.
